DOES MY PURCHASE HAVE CHANGE?
- Yes, you have 30 days to make changes after receiving/withdrawing the purchase.
- You will have in favor the amount you paid.
- We are waiting for you at RENÉE HOUSE, Concepción Arenal 2919 , Colegiales. You can bring yourself or send your item(s) (motorbike, trusted person, desired mail, etc.)
- Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Remember that your package is marked with full name, order number and invoice.
CHANGES ON SPECIAL DATES
(Cyber Monday, Hot Sale, Carnival Bikinis, 2x1 Bikini Sale)
- You will have 15 days for changes once the purchase is received/withdrawn, once the action is completed.
- The value of the paid product will be taken and the discount price for the change will be maintained.
- Remember that your package is marked with full name and order number.
- 2x1 Bikini Sale: Bikinis and one-pieces can only be exchanged for bikinis and one-pieces. The value of the highest paid product will be taken and the discount price for the change will be maintained.
In case of changing a single 2x1 garment, you will have 50% of the amount paid, and the discount for its change will be maintained.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
- Yes, you have 15 days to return after receiving/withdrawing the purchase, once the action is completed.
- The garments must be in perfect condition.
- The amount will be refunded with the same means of payment that was used for the purchase (repayment terms may vary according to each card).
- Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

- 2x1 Bikini Sale: The return of both bikini/whole items is made, A SINGLE GARMENT CANNOT BE RETURNED.
