Anyone in your name can pick up your order by indicating the order number. Your purchase will be separated and stored at RENÉE HOUSE for up to 4 months.

EXPRESS ADDRESS - CABA

You can receive it the same day of purchase or during the next 72 business hours.

In case of not being received, the package returns to RENÉE HOUSE. Our courier service happens ONLY ONE time. If it does not reach the customer and you want to make a second attempt, the customer must pay the shipping cost again.

TRADITIONAL ADDRESS

Shipping time is 3-8 business days. You will receive an email when your shipment is dispatched.
